If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery via email at info@francesanddean.com. Items must be unworn, in the original condition and packaging & include receipt please. Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns. Upon approval the item must be shipped within 7 days of approval. All Shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges are to be paid for by the customer.

     

    Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days --EXCLUDING any shipping costs.

     

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Earrings

     

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS:

    If your order arrives damaged please contact F&D within 48 hours of delivery. Images of damages are required. This allows us to begin to process the USPS claim for you. Once received, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days —EXCLUDING any shipping costs. F&D is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please be sure to insure your package.
